Rules and Etiquette

Each party or group will require to have a named organiser with whom the club will make the necessary booking arrangements. Please read our club dress code for FootGolf (it is different from golf), the code of conduct for all players at Hilton Park G.C and the player contract for FootGolf. Also attached is the official FootGolf dress code if you wish to really look the part, and basic rules.
It is the responsibility of the organiser to understand this information and to share/forward this information to the rest of the group. All members of the group must fully understand the dress code, code of conduct, the player contract, and basic rules of the game before you arrive for your booking.

Please download the Organiser Agreement Form. You will require to print this off, sign to confirm you have read the following, and shared this with your group. You must bring the completed form with you on the day of your booking and present it in the Pro-Shop before paying your fees.

Note: Failure to provide a completed form at this time will result in the group forfeiting the booking.

Quick notes:

• Arrive no later than 15 minutes before your tee-off
• Upon arrival, register and pay for your game at the Pro-Shop.
• £2 charge for ball hire
• You can bring your own ball if you wish.

The Club Code of Conduct:

The code of conduct is there to ensure everyone can enjoy their time at Hilton Park Golf Club. We are proud of our club; it's a family friendly environment, with members and visitors from 8 to 85 years of age.
Therefore, we expect all players to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy at all times and sportsmanship, regardless of how competitive they are.
The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any player who is deemed to be intoxicated before play.

We expect all players to:

• Demonstrate the upmost respect for all others players and staff.
• Always show respect for the course and facilities.
• Treat everyone as you'd like to be treated.
Examples of unacceptable behaviour: (but not reserved to)
• Foul language of any kind, either if it is directed at someone or not.
• Aggressive behaviour of any kind.
• Distracting other players through unnecessary noise levels on/off the course.
Note: Failure to abide by the code of conduct may result in the offending individuals sent from the premises, and in more serious cases, a ban from the club and the club contacting the proper authorities.

The Player Contract:

It is understandable that playing any sport outside has the potential for injury. Slips and trips are common-place in sport, and FootGolf is no different. Players must also be aware that wet ground conditions are possible on the golf course, and of the risk that presents.

Bad Weather:

Please follow our twitter page @hiltonparkgolf for course updates. If the course is unplayable that day we will not be hosting FootGolf, and will post a notice to that effect on the Twitter feed.
We will endeavour to make this decision as early as possible. You can also find this feed on our website: www.hiltonpark.net.
